The experience behind the practice
Parallel Progress is led by its founder, a localization and global content operations leader with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and improving global delivery capabilities.
Most recently Head of Localization at Intuit, Tracy led localization operations supporting product, marketing, and customer experience across multiple products, markets, and languages. Her work has focused on building and evolving the operating models, workflows, technology, delivery, ecosystems, governance, and organizational capabilities needed to support localization at scale.
Parallel Progress brings that practical operating experience to organizations looking to understand what is working, what needs to change, and how to make meaningful progress.
